Other 'Putties' are either stickier or harder, or leave a trail like Spiderman on your hands when you pull them apart. This product has consistency like a jelly, shake it and it wobbles. It's non-greasy, non-sticky, applies great texture to my thin, fine straight hair and there's simply nothing else I've found like it. The before/after effect is something like this, except well.
